Using yoga, myofascial release balls, breath, movement, practical anatomy, and personalized instruction, we’ll explore how restoring natural support can change the way you move, breathe, and feel.

Whether you’re curious about your deep core, living with persistent neck and shoulder tension, or simply interested in moving with greater ease, these workshops will help you discover what works for your body.

Each workshop includes a beautifully designed take-home practice guide and QR code linking to a guided home practice.

Core Restore

Finding Your Natural Support

Sunday, July 26 | 12:00–2:00 PM

When I say “core,” what’s the first thing you think of?

An apple core? The molten core of the Earth? Or someone on the cover of a fitness magazine proudly displaying their six-pack?

If you answered the last one, don’t worry. I used to think that too.

Like most people, I thought the core was simply a collection of abdominal muscles. But after more than three decades exploring movement through dance, yoga, anatomy, and embodied practice, I’ve come to understand that what’s at the core of our core isn’t a muscle.

It’s a relationship.

A relationship between your feet and the earth, your psoas and your diaphragm, your breath and your structure—and the invisible conversation between your body and gravity.

As these relationships are restored, movement becomes lighter, breathing becomes easier, and your body remembers how to support itself.

In this experiential workshop we’ll explore these relationships through yoga, myofascial release balls, breath, movement, and anatomy made wonderfully practical. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all method, I’ll help you discover what works for your body. Through personalized instruction, body reading, and hands-on guidance, you’ll begin to recognize your own movement patterns—and how small changes can create profound shifts in comfort, stability, and ease.

Together we’ll explore:

  • An introduction to the myofascial Deep Front Line—your body’s inner architecture of support.
  • The relationship between your feet, psoas, diaphragm, jaw, and breath.
  • Myofascial release ball techniques to release unnecessary tension and awaken natural support.
  • Yoga-based movement explorations that help your body organize itself more efficiently.
  • Personalized instruction and body reading to help you discover what your body needs.
  • A beautifully designed take-home practice guide with a QR code linking to a guided home practice.

More than learning a series of techniques, my hope is that you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own body—why it responds the way it does, what it needs, and how to support it long after the workshop is over.

Because every body is different. Rather than asking you to fit a method, I’ll help you discover what works for your body.

THE WEIGHT WE CARRY

Releasing Neck, Shoulder & Jaw Tension Through Whole-Body Support

Sunday, August 9 | 12:00–2:00 PM

Where do you carry the weight of your life?

For many of us, it settles quietly in the neck, creeps into the shoulders, and grips the jaw. We stretch. We massage. We try to sit up straighter. Sometimes it helps—for a little while.

But what if the place that hurts isn’t where the problem begins? What if your neck is simply working harder than it was ever designed to?

After more than three decades exploring movement through dance, yoga, anatomy, and embodied practice, I’ve come to understand that persistent tension is rarely just about the place that hurts.

It’s about relationship.

A relationship between your feet and the earth, your psoas and diaphragm, your breath and your structure—and the invisible conversation between your body and gravity.

As these relationships are restored, the neck no longer has to do the work of the whole body.

Through yoga, myofascial release balls, breath, movement, and anatomy made wonderfully practical, we’ll explore how support can be restored from the ground up.

Rather than chasing tension where it shows up, we’ll discover where your body is asking for more support—and what works for your body.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Why neck, shoulder, and jaw tension often begin somewhere else.
  • The relationship between the feet, psoas, ribs, breath, and shoulder girdle.
  • Myofascial release ball techniques to reduce chronic tension and improve mobility.
  • Yoga-based movement explorations that restore natural support throughout the body.
  • Personalized instruction and body reading.

Whether you’re joining me for one workshop or both, I hope you’ll leave not only feeling better, but with a deeper understanding of your own body—and how to support it for years to come. ~ Delia

About Delia Brett

I’ve spent more than three decades exploring movement through dance, yoga, anatomy, and embodied practice, and have been teaching yoga for over twenty years. Throughout that time, one question has continued to guide me:

How is the body naturally designed to support itself?

As a master Contact Improvisation teacher, movement educator, and owner of Green Room Yoga, I’ve devoted my career to helping people move with greater ease, less unnecessary effort, and a deeper understanding of their own bodies.

Drawing on years of study in fascia, biomechanics, yoga, and embodied movement, I blend yoga, myofascial release, breath, movement, and personalized instruction to help people discover what works for their bodies. I’m also a certified Energy Codes® Facilitator, a B.E.S.T. Practitioner, and a certified Women-Centred Coach through my practice, Art Full Well Coaching. Together, these experiences have shaped a deeply relational approach to everything I teach.

I believe every body is different. Rather than asking you to fit a method, my intention is to help you better understand the remarkable intelligence of your own body—so you leave not only feeling better, but understanding why your body feels better, and how to recreate that experience at home.
